I think that is a good thing. I myself think that Mooresville Dragway torqued off a lot of racers by not calling the race off untill almost11:00 pm. I heard that some of the spectators before the race was called, asked for a refund and was told that the race was going to be run even if it was 3:00 am in the morning. I myself in no way would have been there at that time. I also think that since the race the week before had to be called off due to timing equipment failure the track should have had a back up plan or back up system.

That was our first trip to that track. I know they did everything they could to get everything working, an I commend them for that. But waiting till 11:00pm to call the race was not a good idea. I understand they didn't know the tree was going to do what it did. Just wish they could have gotten everything ironed out. Hopefully things will get fixed.
