Super Street ?

Can you race super street and another class at the same race? I thought they did away with that back when Scotty Richardson was running one.

The Richardson rule got retracted you can run SST along with SG or SC or stock it's open to all - no longer an entry level class

The only thing still "entry level" is the pay out....

The level of of competition certainly isn't "entry level" either, in S/ST or HR.
You can thank, or blame, depending on you point of view, the recending of the Scotty rule to some within the SRAC. It was suggested to NHRA a few years back, along with changing the index, at a time when car counts were dropping like a rock. Big brother readily agreed to allow the rule change hoping to bolster car counts.
When you see S/ST at Indy you'll know that it's no longer entry level. Who knows, with the recent "popularity" of the class, that may be just around the corner.
