You'll never see Michael Beard's Volare in Stock again!

And why is that, do you have vital information?

That duck has 14" wide "feet" now! Spent a few "bills" so he can ruffle "feathers" better in the SS pond. He didn't want to "quack" the car up trying to "fly" with 9-10" "feet".

Money well spent. Best thing I've done to mine. Dewayne Custer made a whole different car of mine.

Re: I've heard of ducks in the tub, but never tubs in the du

Thanks y'all. Just got it back last Saturday. Still have to do the carpet and put the body panels back in, but it was good enough to bracket race. Actually had some EFI issues (figured that out), but the car still only moved a hundredth and a half in the 60' lane to lane over 4 days, in a 1000 rpm range on the launch. Haven't even gotten into playing with shocks too much yet. Felt like it was leaving good up on the mountain (Bristol), so I'm anxious to get it back to sea level and do some tuning.

Thanks to Mark Walter, DragStory.com for the pic.

All kidding aside, you're car looks pretty sick now...it reminds me of Steve Lisk's old street/strip car that had a Hemi w/ lenco, & narrowed diff in it.

PS - You might have to change your avatar now...

No more having sand kicked in your face anymore, the Volare looks a little muscular. Car looks good Micheal. CR
