Very sad. I spent my youth watching American Bandstand and the various productions Dick put on TV. He was truly an icon. You can bet he's rocin' Heaven right now! RIP Dick Clark. JIm

Definitely a sad day, I also loved that show and liked watching him!!

Truly a great loss to the entertainment industry, the country,and all of us "kids" who grew up and learned to dance while watching American Bandstand...


He will live on though, in our hearts and the music.
