Ken Montgomery Fundraiser 5 / 12 / 12
 

Ken Montgomery - longtime pilot of the famed "Triple Nickel " 65 Dodge who only a month ago had life saving surgery in Texas and is back in the Philadelphia area at the University of Penn hospital and soon will be released to start rehab as an outpatient and at home .

His family and friends of his will be hosting a Beef / Beer fundraiser on Saturday May 12 from 7 to 11 pm @ The Knights of Columbus

Tickets are $25.00 -And monetary donations will be accepted as well as donation of items for a raffle that will be held .Tickets include Roast Beef dinner , salad , cookies-cake ....and adult beverages .There will be a live DJ .

Ken is and always has been one of D1's finest ever - lets help him out in his time of need.

Update on Ken Sr 5/9/12 Ken won't be able to be with us Saturday Nite at the Fundraiser - We told him about everyone that is coming and everyone's generosity and was overwhelmed with happiness ! A Videographer will be coming around to tape some interviews and well wishes for Ken at the event . Ken is still recovering down the the University of Penn - Silverstein Bldg Room - 1213

What a great gathering of people this was ! Over 400 people in a standing room only crowd. A great tribute to a really great man !
This was a job well done by his family and friends !!!
