Desert Valley Auto Parts?
 

Anyone had any problems with this place. Casa Grande Arizona. Old car junk yard who ships nationally. I am having some issues getting parts which have been paid for by credit card. First piece bent badly, now cannot get replacement piece over 4-5 weeks.
Claim it was shipped.....

Perhaps they are too busy filming their TV show & pissing other customers off to respond to you. Reviews from other customers aren't very encouraging.

I can almost bet that if they don't have the part in stock, they are probably searching & asking other yards if they have one in stock...what part were you after & for what type of car.

ordered 56 chevy inner fenders and got them. Supposedly rust free and undamaged. When I pointed out the one was bent in several places suddenly thats how they always sell them the the east coast and they just "beat them out"
Finally when I paid $90+ to send back they have supposedly sent out another to the wrong place. Now that I needed a 70 Chevy truck cross member they have charged the credit card from the 1st purchase and NO parts...have arrived. Told me he had 4 lines to answer and three customers at the counter. I responded since he had already CHARGED my card I should come before his other people who hadnt paid yet..
Answer. He will call me back with the tracking code. NO CALLS....

Dick, I deal with them on a daily basis through the phx location. If you cant get a favorable result try the phx location and ONLY deal with AJ @623-223-1134. Thay have a better selection of tri 5 chevy parts there.. If you want call me at my shop monday 480-949-8227 and I can hand hold the issue myself. (racers helping racers) I cant help with the casa grande locale but maybe I can get AJ to help me help you. If worse comes to worse I will make the trip and hand pick one for you.

I would talk to your credit card company about your problem. I know Master Card has worked with me on items in the past...Just let them know what is going on...frankchastain
