AS OF 1/12/2012 DALLAS RACEWAY IS NOW CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE…...
AS OF 1/12/12 DALLAS RACEWAY IS NOW CLOSED FOR BUSINESS PER KENNY BARNES due
to hard economic times and financial reasons. I would like to personally
thank each and every racer and fan that supported me and Dallas Raceway. I
will truly miss my racing family. Looking forward to seeing you all in the
future.

I figured this was going to happen when IHRA pulled the national event from the track.
He has a BUNDLE of CA$H in that place........SAD !

This saddens me. For those of you that have never been there is an amazing facility. Shame for it to sit empty along HWY 175. I was looking forward to running both IHRA points meets there this year with our Stocker and the HS kids since it's only an hour away. I did a little bracket racing there last year as well went and watched the points meets. Always treated well and loved the place. Truly sad.
