What the Heck, My Entry
Well gents, and Ladies
I entered the AlwaysaChampion contest with my Drag Pak #2009064 on or about Day 1. The entry has been on page 1 of "Oldest Entries" since Day 1. To date the entry is holding it's own in the top 30 across the board. Although a lifelong Stock and Super Stock fan, I am totally new to class racing and 2012 will be our debut year in Division 6 in Stock Eliminator. It was the advent of the Factory Cars that brought me here. Race to the end!! For those that may be interested, here is a link to the beginning of my build photo album; http://www3.telus.net/prash/ This is my converted carport where ALL THE WORK was done. Here is a link to my somewhat crappy cellphone video(hey, it's all we had and my first day out(won the first round as well)) entry at Always a Champion; http://contest.alwaysachampion.com/c...owentry/962002 Crank up the volume the sound is great! The viewing and registered voting can be done DAILY. Any and all acknowledgement to our effort will be greatly appreciated. I will take another moment to thank Mike Pustelny of MPR Racecars for his outstanding contribution towards my getting this car RIGHT, and to John Vineyard for delivering this car to ME! Thanks to All Peter Ash |

Peter, It's been great pleasure and honor talking with you and following your build for the past couple years. I consider us friends and I've learned alot. Watching your vid and knowing what I know brought man tears to my eyes. Congrat's.

Re: What the Heck, My Entry
Peter isn't the kind of guy to mention it....but for those of you that don't know him, all the work Peter has done on this car and his AAR was done from a wheelchair, in a tiny shop.

Re: What the Heck, My Entry
Thanks for the additional info on the Hemi motor...so you're not running a 3/4 race cam, traction bars, or air shocks, huh...be sure to get some thrush mufflers if you ever drive it on the street though, lol :D
