Can someone please explan to me why there is a buyback round in a class sanctioned race?

Mulligans... I like the term. lol Next thing you know is you can pay for buybacks into the final round. He that has the most $$$ wins. (As you can tell, I'm not a fan of buybacks at all)

As a class racer I was under the impression that a few of the standards that seperate class from regular nights w/ fun and grudge....yippee....were the stipulations between classes....next day eliminations....and NO BUYBACKS. guess im just old fashioned..

I am not at all in favour of buy back in any racing venue. If you loose, you loose.

Buybacks suck and now we have a local track going one step further selling buy back insurance !!! Might as well leave the cars on the trailer and give the win to the guy who has the fattest wallet.
