Brent Hajek,s latest venture at bonneville , Great article in the october issue of The Progressive Farmer magizine ,New record 182 mph in a 2011 F-250 Super-Duty diesel ,powered by soy-based bio-diesel ,What else has Old Brent got sitting around the farm he can take to Bonneville ? Nobody,s set any records with any Combines lateley !!!!! Congrats Brent:cool::cool:

Great article but a bit misleading. Brent Hajek set one official record at Bonneville at 169.331 in B/DT at this years Speed Weeks. What you run out the back or after the timing traps means nothing nor does a GPS reading. Perhaps he went back later, I dont know but thats the record thats in the books. It was 2 mph higher then the existing record. There is no special bio diesel class for soybeans or whatever.

E would have to cunsult with someone on the USDA,, department of agriculture on that,, seems like they did approve a few million to research that in the early 1990,s, I think it,s similar to nhra ,s automatic horse-power factoring .........
