What happened to Ernie Penner at Charlotte?
4th round of SS it showed him to have won against Jeff Taylor who broke on the line, then Taylor was a no-show for the 5th round instead of Penner being there.
Just wondered, Drag Central didn't give any explanation.

Actually broke out by .004. Ouch!

Penner broke out by a few thou, while Taylor sat at the starting line.

I saw that he was out by .004, but it showed him to be the winner, so I was perplexed as to what happened. DRC should have had Taylor the winner if he limped down the track for the win.??

Taylor just staged and cut the car off, dropped a valve, penner took off and never looked back broke out by 4 thou, all taylor had to do was stage, then we pushed him off the line.Could not get it fixed in time for the final.
