S/ss for charlotte
Boy, I sure was hoping for at least a 50% field at ZMAX next week-end. I plan on taking wheels-up pictures on thursday and friday, but the lack of competition makes me think about staying home. I know I only take pictures and it doesn't cost me anything close to what you racers have to spend in order to entertain a few people, but I have heard so many say its' only about the sportsmanship and friendship. You very rarely make your expenses back, but you do bring a joy to some. Hope to see yall in Charlotte. Looking for the debut of the new Hawk & Cook Mustang.

Re: S/ss for charlotte
Only 27 cars entered in stock on Monday morning. I know the economy is keeping some folks away but this is a terrible number for one of the nicest race tracks in the country.

Re: S/ss for charlotte
I would go if it were an open weekend on the schedule, but instead will be attending the Jim Harrington Footbrake Classic. $210 for a $10K and a $5K in two days, instead of 4-5 days and $300+ for one race.

We're temporarily parked. We had intended to go. Breakage issues.

Thanks guys for filling it up a little bit. Looking forward to Thursday and Friday for some great shots. Look me up if you see me walking the pits this week-end.
