Live From the NMCA Milan Cobra Jet Shootout

Friday and Saturday I will be at the NMCA event at Milan Dragway and plan on giving updates and photos from the racers participating in the Cobra Jet Shootout.

Friday evening will be the much anticipated Match race between Parma, Michigan resident Charlie Westcott Jr's SS/AH Warfish Hemi Cuda and the #1 qualifying Cobra Jet. I can't wait to be on starting line for that race.

Eliminations will be run on Saturday in conjunction with the NMCA classes.

Below is the entry list for the Cobra Jet Shootout. Three classes will be run:

1. 2.3L supercharger class
2. 4.0L supercharger class
3. CIC race based on NHRA indexes (no breakout)
4. Exhibition class

We are leaving tonight and heading to Milan to see this. Looking forward to it. I was hoping Don Fezzel & Roy Hill would be there but still looks like a great turnout!!
