New track in Washington.

Ridge Motorsports Park passed the final permitting hurdle yesterday. It will be 1/4 mile dragstrip and a 2 1/2 mile road course. Check out their website. ridgemotorsportspark.com. No sanctioning body named yet.

Just hope it doesn't pull from Bremerton's program...always liked that track (airstrip).

Anybody else find it odd there is absolutely zip on here about the Boise divisional this coming weekend? Forecast looks marginal (snow on Friday?) but improves after that. Hope you folks get it in, you gotta be sick of the cold rain by now!

Hope to make it back out to NW in time for the Spokane divisional, weather "should" improve by then.

Road course is up and going,,, it had to be completed first because of its location on the property. The dragstrip is lagging behind after being slated for completion last month. I haven't had a chance to stop by personally to see the latest progress, so I can't post any "latest developments".
Maybe if someone else on here knows something they can share some info with all of us.

No progress on the track. Seems they think they need the garages built first now. Evidently theres some difference in opinion between a couple of the princibles about the need for a dragstrip. One of them wants it and he is the majority invester so we are still in the game. It may end up in court. A lot of us took time off from work to go to the different meetings to support this track and now one of those bozos is trying to kick us to the curb. They are finding out how we feel.

Thanks,Harry. Rumors abound, but I hadn't heard that one yet. You're right about the fact that there was plenty of support from area drag racers for this facility.
Take care. Danny Durham

Same thing I have heard. The road course is doing so well that the drag strip is on the back burner. That really sucks because it was supposed to be a state of the art drag strip along with a road course is how it was presented to me at Bremerton.

They have information on Facebook and it is all road course. The little bit of information about the drag strip is all the way at the bottom of the page.
