What Faster?
Just wanted to know what was faster, Gas or Alky. Thanks.:confused:

Thr real advantage to alky (naturally aspirated) is that it's less sensitive to weather changes so Alky tends to be somewhat more consistent. Alky is also a little cheaper than the best racing gas even when you factor into it the cost of the top oil and the fact that you will use twice as much. But alky is little higher maintenance. and IMO usually works better with fuel injection rather than a carburetor. |

On my 3000 lb door car with a pretty much stock engine it picked up a 1/2 second going to alcohol but with the stroker motor thats in it now its 2 tenths faster at best
