This is to warn anyone who is thinking about or currently using Pro Pay as a credit card processor.

We pay an annual fee and transactions fee. When you try to refund a transaction, Pro Pay charges for the transaction, but will not refund it. Therefore you must pay more out of pocket for the refund that you are not getting. Just beware. We have cancelled our account.
