Wanted To Buy: bare BBC aluminum cylinder head part # 1236340. Can have minor damage to head, looking for 1 replacement head.

I have a set of 401 heads I bought from Ken Bugaj off one of his top stock combos before porting was allowed. I'm not sure what "name" shop worked them. I was told they have the good Ferrea valves. They have a set of nice looking single springs. I also have a good used 3933163 and a brand new 19131359 manifold that could go with the heads. I bought it all for a project that didn't get completed. They have just been sitting in the shop for several years. I'm ready for them to find a new home.

I just wanted to tell everyone Jim needs "One 401" head... He just had to hit that "S" when typing. :~)
My heads are still for sale with the 163 intake. The 359 intake is sold.
Jim it was nice of you to call today and give me the info about what you really needed.
I really enjoyed the conversation & hope to catch you at the races someday...
