Sounds like a great time! I doubt I will be able to make it though. That is quite a drive for me. Please eat some pizza and drink a few cold ones for me too!

Re: Midwest Super Comp Series March Meeting
Hi Guys!
The MWSCS March meeting included voting on the proposal to race @ Cordova on a Saturday and Byron on Sunday and it's was almost unanimous agreed that we would. A vote was also taken as to if we wanted to race 1/8 Mile @ IRP or 1/4 mile and again it was pretty much unanimous that we would race the 1/4 mile. A discussion was held to consider the possibility of diverting 10% of the entry fees to the points fund and there by increasing the number of points fund payees from ten to twenty after some discussion we voted on it and it was almost unanimously voted to remain with the current policy of 100% pay out. There were some door prizes given away including an engine diaper donated by Dennis Ridgeway Enterprises and several other prizes provided by Abbate Screw Products and a couple of shirts etc provided by the series. Autometer stepped up their support this year offering a $200 gift certificate to the winner (last year it was $100) and a $50 gift certificate to the runner up at each race. A&G automotive also stepped up to sponsor the loyalty shoot-out. And as always the Series Sponsors were listed and discussed/recommended. That’s about it if you need more information please contact me or see the MWSCS web site. |
