Looks like we will start a lot later next year and finish a lot earlier....good to see they filled in the gaps between Leb Valley and Cecil. Not sure about the National Open Schedule just yet

Well D2 schedule sux again,,, only 5 races and 3 of them in 4 weeks????

Frank....at least you only have to do it once next year and in the Middle of August the car count might not be as good. When they have had it in October you get A LOT of out of Division cars trying to earn those last minute points. Maybe one of these days they will pave the dirt section and we can stop trying to get there on a Monday for the race to get asphalt.

My favorite part of this is the D6 race in "Spokane, Ore." They'll need to decide: is the race in Spokane (Washington) or somewhere in Oregon?

Was the div. 2 schedule set by bill holt before the new director was appointed

dhmoore according to what people are saying on the Stk/SS form yes it was already set in stone before he took over in Sept.

Rumor has that there will be a 7th D-1 event added in the near future.....Don't know the track but just what I heard from a very good source.

Lamar Stevenson and I (Dan Moore) stood at the fence at Silver Dollar and talked to Rich the new Div 2 Director for about a good 1/2 hr to 45 min. and being just Super Street racers, He listened to us and about our displeasure with the last administration. He now has full knowledge of the problems that he inherited, so give him a break and give him a chance and time to turn things around. He is very approachable and he will listen to any members concerns or problems.

In the past Bill Holt was a Stock and Super Stock Racer at heart. We are back on an EVEN playing field and all classes will be treated equally!!!! (Right Rich?) :)
