Need racecar hauled to Vegas, one way
 

I need to get my Blue Firebird hauled to Vegas for the National.
It could go in a stacker or I have an open trailer if somebody has a PU going that way anytime soon, and could use some gas money. It's a one way trip as I have a way of getting it back for Pomona.

I have a 24' Enclosed Tri axle being repaired in Fontana....should be done Friday/Saturday......l'll haul it to track for you no charge in Vegas if you want. I still owe you for baby sitter Jon/Jon when he was about 4.

I just gotta say it. Wow again! I am certain Mr. Cunningham is an excellent fellow and have heard so. Plus, birds of a feather flock together and if he hangs out with you that is endorsement enough for me. But I am also certain that he probably was repaying you by babysitting for a previous favor you had done for him based on your pattern that I have witnessed here.

I had seen your response to me on another thread and it looked like you were personally winding down from racing somewhat. I may have read that wrong, but either way we sure could use you in some capacity at the NHRA. Anyone of your character and consideration would do us ALL some good if you held an position of importance.

Being a non-profit organization, I would like to see at large positions be put up for a vote from the members. You certainly have my vote and I am sure many others would follow suit.

A buddy of mine that I help with his car is entered at Pomona. I will ask him to look you up and shake your hand for me.

Don: Thanks for the kind words.....I gotta buy you dinner at World Finals. Jon/Jon has known Bernie every since he was a toddler and is a fan of his!. However, Bernie and I raced against each other in E/SA for a while and it would be probably a rather a streeeeeeetch to call us friends back then.
I better leave it at that........
I want stock to be around for my kids to race and anything I can do to help with that is a pleasure and privilege. I am afraid we don't know how close we might be to Stock/Super stock changing or even disappearing. Anything that brings the car count up is a positive factor in my opinion. Right now (according to Cat Scans) the Kidney Cancer is stable and not growing praise God. I am just trying to enjoy each and every single day and I feel alright.

It would be an honor, but I am not going to be able to make it. My buddy will be there. He can't post on here. He got kicked off the site. It is kind of a funny story that I tease him about.
