Hot Rod Super Street Races in around MD
 

Hello All
I recently ran my very 1st Hot Rod race at the IHRA Nitro Jam @ MIR.
I am Planning to go to the Dinwiddy IHRA Nitro Jam in a couple weeks to.

But my question is, are there any Hot Rod, Super Street Series in or around MD?
I would really like to be able to attend several races next season.

There is a series up near Leb Valley but, nothing down here. There is just a S/C and S/G series that run in NJ, PA and MD.

Maybe a tag along with the MASSA ( I think thats it) or something like that.

Cal you could sponsor a 10.90 Midatlantic series. Are you hooked on .90 racing now? It's addictive.

Its all Dale & Roberts faults ;)

I think it would be Great to have a Mid Atlantic 10.90 Series

I would be willing to help get it organized and contribute by being a sponsor.

Anybody else interested, what do we need to do to get something like this going?

Yea Keith you beat him 3rd round. He's hooked now, Cal if you could get something going I'd help out there'd be alot of interest in this area. You can think Dale for this.

I think it would be worth while doing a series if I could get a little help.
Never done anything like this for real cars, so it would be a challenge.
I do own a 1:24 scale Drag Slot Car Track thats pretty cool.
We race on it every, wed, fri, sat & sun, running brackets, 3 .90 indexes and
some heads up classes too.
You guys should come check it out after the real cars season is over.
Index racing every friday night .990 - 1.090 - 1.190 its a lot of fun and not too
expencive. ;) Its in Hughesville about 15 minutes from MIR.
