Attn: Columbus racers-I70 closed
 

Just heard from Mike Fuller that both lanes of I70 is closed this morning for an accident. He says you need to come in on State Route 40.

Traffic on 40 was moving at a crawl, and it's still backed up. It took me 75 minutes to drive to the track from Heath this morning.

I-70 still closed for undetermined time. If you are coming through the city was planning to head I-70 east, here is an alternative to even avoid US40.
- Take I-71 North to exit 131 (US36/37)
- Head east on 36/67 (turn right at exit)
- Follow 37 through Sunbury and Johnstown
- Turn right at Lancaster Road to head south
- Turn right on US 40, track is 1/2 mile on right.

Is all the cars in for the race? Do to the wreck on 70 interstate is closed to wreck!!! all cars may not be in gate yet!!!

We havent seen too many new rigs in today..

We ran out for lunch and went up to the truckstop on 70 and it was a nightmare as they were forcing all 70 east traffic off onto the exit ramp and down to 40 east.

We finished lunch and went west on 70 to next exit and down to 40 and east on 40 to the track and it was not bad at all..

All I can say is it is GOING TO BE FAST FOR CLASS (HI 73)!!!!:D:)
