Just saw the flyer for the Dutch 2010

What is the "bogey" run session 2 $250-500 for the super classes on Thursday and Friday?

Is that a cash prize for running a dead-on .90 during 2nd time shot?

Those 2 races "justify"" the $170.00 entry fee for an Open race.
