Dad drove his Mustang GT to a 8 place finish in the points in Div 3 in 2006 & yes he always took the car out on the road for a "drive" on Sunday morning. BTW congrats to Steve!

Re: Who needs a trailer ,motor home? Not Steve K.
Steve has been a very good racer for a long time. I remember running against him in that same car in the finals of a Pro/Steet combo run off race at Quaker City probably 12 or so years ago. If he would travel more and run a full schedule, a lot more people would know who drives that mustang because he would be a player for the points. I hope he goes to the TOC race. It is neat to see a true slow footbrake car win a big race today.

A long time ago (1966??) Jack Clifford TOWED his Stocker from L-A to Indy, and won class with both the race car and the tow car....
I don't think anyone's gonna beat that deal... |

Jeff's right, Steve is a very good racer. He won our S/SS Association in 2000 (with his regular Stocker), and has been racing hs street car/Pure Stocker since I've known him (2000). He drives it 200+ miles to Hagerstown every November to race and goes rounds too. Congrats Steve, good luck at Dinwiddie in the fall!
