Denver Fun....
Well, Denver is over for us at least....
On 70 heading home..... We had an interesting weekend of ups downs, panics, flared tempers, a golf cart getting swiped..... We won our first Wally...not the way I imagined it but....well...car may not like the altitude in Denver , but Denver sure liked the way it looked :) We got tons of cool "Swag" from Eagle 1 to make the car perty for the Awards....and other stuff from Ma Mopar. We got to meet some very awesome people this weekend....I cant even begin to list.....but to EVERYONE who stopped by , tracked us down or we went to meet thanks, you made the whole trip worthwhile. And if anyone finds a stray rental golfcart #10 could you run it back to the cart rental people  Back to Ohio......Finish some work on the DP, and start the next "Evil Plans" ....... Back in the saddle again for Me , Pop, Mandie, and now the part time addition of my Son and Linda, as well as Tonya and Keith..... But this weekend was PROGRESS....we ran our first elim round, AND we Got CLEAN Logging thanks to spending a couple days tracking gremlins down, Ma Mopar was nice enough to help us go over the logs and compare with test runs and that data was invaluable. Stupid things as always a bad battery charger for crying out loud caused us issues. I was sorry I missed the downtown party, but the car was needing work. I still cant believe they give out a Wally for best appearing car...it seems strange....but as my dad says "Ill take it" :D The Gatorwraps guys who provided our wrap will be happy I think, they did all the graphics work, we just pointed them in a direction and approved stuff. All in all a GOOD weekend, even if it was 2600 more miles under the belt. The Lynch Family got to see each other, and my Dads Girlfriends family came in from SLC, so it was part reunion part racing.....and it looks as though everyone had a great experience..... And I mean come on Where else can you pit next to a guy (Lance Trujillo) who killed an antelope in the Finals, and whose cousin shaved his dog like a lion to "humiliate" it.....as well as drink some Jimmy Johnson moonshine with the Holztmans and their car owners...a GREAT weekend actually.http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._2380601_n.jpghttp://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._1613126_n.jpg |

Im going to be installing wraps trackside for people who want them in short order. I figure since I can do it and I have a buddy who is a Graphics Artist and owns a wrap printer why not ? Make some coin for more racing adventures and I can just do it for people right at the track. |
