Real cheap: Mark Williams caliper adapters - Ford
 

I have a pair of MW 75017 & 75018 caliper mounting brackets for front disk brakes Mustang / Fairlane and who knows what else.
These are brand new. I used the rest of the kit for my AMX.
If you have a Ford and don't need all the bearings, just buy a pair of MW Calipers and bolts and your off to the races.
