NHRA opens up Etown entries

NHRA opened up 20 more spots for both Stock and Super Comp. SS was not filling up so after reaching 0 grade points NHRA reduced the total potential super stock entries by 20. Then opened up 20 in Stock and SC since they were full and filled up so fast.
