nostalgia rules

I am starting a restoration on The Riddler SS/IA car and will want to run in the nostalgia events. Can anyone tell me where to get the rules or does it go by current NHRA rules? Thanks Dan

Re: nostalgia rules

Dan there are several different groups where you can race your car. The rules are typically NHRA Nostagia Rules with each group having some slight modification. Since the car is a MOPAR, you might go to the MOPARTS.com web site and look at some of the events. Good luck.

Dan, rules for some of the nostalgia racing associations can be found at...

www.nssracing.com

Be sure to check the class rules concerning your Duster body. Most nostalgia super stock classes only allow the older, full size Mopars to compete. However most groups also have a bracket type eliminator at the nostalgia races for other older cars to race.

Re: nostalgia rules

Dan,

Your car doesn't fit in Nostalgia Super Stock but it does fit into the NMCA NMC class which are run off class indexes ie. 10.00, 10.50, etc.

www.nss-monster.com for rules and classes.

The car will be welcome at ant Mopar meet but they just run bracket style races. Google : Muscle car reunions and see what you com up with.

Build it and race it....that's what it was originally built to do.

Good luck,

JimR
