Acton, Dropped!!

Its a shame that we finally get a points race near to and in Montana and then the racers won't or don't support it....

and the fact that the Spokane track has been f**ked over by so may in recent years, and the Acton track has been for sale, hasn't helped either!!

Because of politics and convenience, it again confirms the power of the I-5 Corridor... MONTANA should always have remained in Div. 5

April 30-May 2 Firebird Raceway, Boise, Idaho
May 28-30 Mission Raceway, Mission, B.C.
June 25-27 Woodburn Dragstrip, Woodburn, Ore.
August 20-22 Pacific Raceways, Seattle, Wash.
September 25-26 Champion Raceway, Eagle Point / Medford, Ore.

Div 2,4, and 6 only have five points meets. This is the minimum. Div 7 is down to six as are Div 1, 3 and 5, gone are any seven race within any divisions. Divisional racing is suffering from the poor economy and a big reduction or racer changing points.

Don't count out Spokane just yet, rumor they have a track operator and the County want's a D-6 race there...................

Big shame, I have been trying to get to Acton, and now what? I wanted to try Stock and now I have to go to ID or BC to do it. I thought someone was going to take over YDS, what happened? Guess I'm back to brackets in Lewistown...

dont forget the Nat Open in medicine hat or the IHRA race in edmonton. The saskatoon track has a combo at the final race of the year as well, all good fun races

Oh yeah, I did forget about them. Looks like I'd better get my stuff in gear and some vacation time in!
