R.I.P. Timmy Powell
Timmy Powell passed away yesterday from injuries suffered in a crash at
Capital Raceway in Crofton MD. Timmy finished second in IHRA Div 1 Super Rod in 2005. We will all miss him |

I heard about it at MIR and couldn't believe it . Timmy was a great guy away smilling and happy. Good speed buddy

Went to the track on Sun and found it odd that they did not have a moment of silence for the racer. I did not know Tim but send my condolences to his family....Sorry for the loss.

Timmy's funeral will be held at Trinity Baptist Chruch in Waldorf MD on fri June 15th at 11 am. The viewings are thursday from 2-4pm/6-8pm.
