"DOC" Dixon's 1968 Hemi Cuda
Got this from a friend. Can anyone help this gentleman out?
Thanks, Bob Rice Do you by chance, or someone who runs in your circle, happen to have a picture or pictures of "DOC" Dixons 1968 Hemi Cuda? I bought the car back in '98 and I have been trying to find any pictures of the car when Dixon ran it in '68. If you can come across any pictures it would be greatly appreciated. Dixon ran it in '68 in super stock it was a 426 4 speed car. He got it from Sox & Martin around mid year in '68. He sold it to George Walker from Toronto, Ohio who pulled the hemi and put in a 340 and ran modified. Walker sold it and I believe it went out west. |

I believe you may want to contact Mark Janaky on your car. He is probably one of the most knowledgable people I know when it comes to these Hurst built cars. He does frequent this forum. I,myself am in the quest of finding the true history of my Hurst built Dart & he has been of most help. Good luck with your endeavor!!!

Look on www.moparts.com in the race section for members StewartP, RaceCarRegistry, and HemiFred. All have huge collections of old race pictures they share.
