Well we are on our way with the whole family. Our son Chris, his wife Keisha, and our granddaughters Aubrey (4) and Reagan (2) are coming with us. We are just driving to Carrollton, Ky tonight and stay in a Wal-mart, then driving on to Columbus in the morning. The last weather I saw showed it being sunny on Friday and Sunday, but not so good on Saturday. We have plenty to eat and drink, so we are just going to have a good time even if it does rain. I do hope they have a good track dryer so we can run class on Saturday, though.Well more tomorrow after we get there.Patsy

I hope you guys have a safe journey to the track and best of luck for the weekend, and "thank you" again for the reports. I know I speak for most of us on here in saying that we really appreciate the effort you put into putting up these posts.

Well we finally got back on the road about 10:30 after fueling up. It definitlely takes 6 people a lot longer to get ready than it does 2. It is really raining on us right now. Hopefully we will drive out of it and it will be better when we get to Columbus. It is still showing rain for Sat.

Well we are here and Jack Matyas must be around somewhere because it is raining. It is not raining hard, just a steady sprinkle to keep anything from happening. It wasn't raining when we first got here, but I haven't heard a car go down at all.

There is still plenty of parking over on the hill and over to the right when you come in. Unless you are TD,TS, Comp or hemi you have to go to the grass.

Well more later, we are going out for a ride.

Well it is still raining. There is still plenty of parking. We have been driving around and saw the McCormack's, Mike Fuller, Jerry Bennett, Ed Bednaz, Jim Boburka, Denny Ford, Rick Winchester, Jim Bailey, Dave Wenzel.

This rain is supposed to be gone by tomorrow. I will try to get pics tomorrow when everybody gets their cars out.

Well we are grilling some burgers for supper.

Oh it is a little cooler now.

Does anyone know if Davey Summa, the guy who built Vito Savinos car is going to be @ Columbus this weekend? If so, anyone got his number? or if he reads this, Davey we need to talk, I need a new car built!

Patsy -- Thank God no one can blame the rain on me this time as I'm hundreds of miles away in the Eastern end of Pennsylvania ..............hope it clears up for you folks ....and soon ! ! !
