Is this something that could be addressed in the form of petition..........with online petition sites I would think this would be easy to do. And may carry more legal weight.


non-profit org..............surely we have a attorney/racer member here that could put some light on the subject. I've been involved in some orgs. that adapt by-laws, and use what is known as "Roberts Rule of Order" ....................does NHRA use the above or do they just do their own thing.
