Geez...you would think after watching this there was some significance to superstock drag racing with the media....

That was cool, now if we could just get ESPN to air some wheels up stock & superstock racing! Shawn

"Show Biz" is what that is about. Factory involvement is part. Paint and Hype from the tower trying to USE the show they had. Just plain exciting for SPortsman racers and FANS. It is coming back BIG again with the FORD and Challenger. TOP/STK against Big Block Camaros will be neat too.

Pretty neat to see a woman interviewed. Actually neat to see a sportsman racer interviewed period. We now own the Delorenza Car now and our son drives it. Painted white and Blue but still has all the old 1970's NHRA stickers from many of the National events. Wonder if she is still living? Good film wonder what happened in the semis since it doesn't show that round.

There were three cars in the semi's. Bob Harrison beat Jim Boburka and Bobby Warren had the bye run. Then Bobby Warren won over Bob Harrison in the final.

Her ex-husband Dennis is alive and well and has an engine building / machine shop here in Tempe, AZ. Judy is still around; wasn't that her racing Don Garlits in te pair of Challengers in Denver last year?

Cool video, and good to see my friend and mentor, the late great Joe "Moon" De Lorenzo doing what he did best.
