Just one and according to one gas racer several went home, NHRA will allow them to transfer the race....

I noticed that too. Seems like they forgot the other part of the fencing that usually angles inward toward the racing surface to contain whatever hits the vertical portion like we're used to seeing at a circle track.
Maybe that small, minor detail wasn't in the budget.

Yea i noticed it to it DOES NOT LOOK SAFE AT ALL what do you think it is for other than the obvious and why wouldnt it be on the other side of the track?

How great is it to be a S/G driver...You get 1 time shot on Thursday and then it rains for the next 4 days straight. The track is greener then anything and you are lost on trying to shoot for a set-up to put in your throttle stop. Then when you finally do get out onto the track on TUESDAY they basically throw you to the end of the pack after the Fuel Cars, Alcohol and Comp. At 4pm "Super Gas to the lanes for 1st round"

this raced should have been canceled on saturday.Its tuesday , and there still not finished.Was nhra's weather station not working last week?

Haha every class is into the Semi's, the Finals, Finished (T/F) or 3rd or 4th round and S/G has not has 1st round yet. I feel bad for anyone who stayed over and has a LONG TOW back home, will definity be burning up that Vacation time already.
