PBIR Citrus Nats - who's coming?

Who's coming to PBIR this year? Possible mineshaft conditions Citrus weekend if it doesn't rain. Lows have been mid 40's the last couple nights. Won't have the stocker ready but will be bracket racing the '65. Haven't spoken to George Case since the Nostalgia deal, but informed that parking shouldn't be a problem. I'm going again this Friday for TnT. Will post additional construction progress details if anything has changed the last couple weeks.

I don't need any help getting beat, I do just fine on my own:rolleyes: You and/or dad are running right?...Wonder how the air will be then...??

BTW PBIR has definately taken on a new atmosphere. You'll see that in Scott Revell, who's head of operations. He was actually working the pit parking area during the Nostalgia event. Very friendly, and will listen to people. Another great revelation: Keith Wilson (yes, founder of Wilson Manifolds) is the facility VP!!! Quite a contrast to the past.

Doug, you know anyone else who's coming?

Peter, George Case left the track before I could get with him tonight, but I managed to catch Michael Clark at the end of the night. He wants me to call either him or George on Monday to discuss the parking deal. I'll still call you later this weekend.

Smitty, you out there somewhere? What's the latest with JD and that T-bird? Will he make it? How about Slane and Pearson? Would be nice if you could make it over here next weekend even if you aren't competing. We could still do some beer drinking while we get picked on by all these non-Ford racers :D.

I voiced my concern about a possible low turnout next weekend, most likely due to how the Stk & SS racers got ***** on the last two years. Yes, these guys know about it. I even brought up Laura's name...boy that opened a can of worms.."you don't have to tell us how she drove MANY good racers away. She didn't know a damn thing about NHRA - Lucas series policy...and or procedures". Don't think any love loss there.
