It is in Holly Springs, MS. Just southeast of Memphis. It looks like the race is on Saturday. Gates open at 10, time trials at 12, run at 3. Stock and superstock are running Combo. Will let you know when we hear more.

Hi, We will run a Super Stock/Stock combo race Sat Nov 15th. It will pay $1,000 to win. We are located just off hwy 78 in Holly Springs Ms on exit 30. Ed, I havent been there before, but, from what I hear, its a 1st class place.

Also, I saw another post where you are friends with Bennie Osborn. I have a picture of him in your local TV station, the day after he won the championship. The car is inside there also. Pretty cool pic!

Wade, I'll be there if nothing goes wrong between now and next weekend. Bennie finally lost the flat top & ducktail, chain drive billfold and motorcycle boots. Still the same size he was then. Now he sings at church, in a quartet if I'm not mistaken. He still has the 1959 El Camino he towed with back in 1959.

Another friend, Carroll Caudle (who still does a lot of my machine work) said at a Div 4 race one time "If Dale Ham calls that Osborn guy "Wizard" one more time I'm going to the tower and see if I can whip him."
:D Don't know if you were racing back then, but Dale was Div 4 director, and anounced a lot. Another real good guy I enjoyed knowing.
