Richmond agrees to make the 5.00 gears
 

I have been working with John Bolton of Richmond Gear and he has agreed to make the gears for us. Richmond quoted the price at $359.88 for purpose built pro gears (9310). I am adding a 10% charge for processing the order. That brings the total for each set up to $395.87 which does not include freight from our shop. The freight will be in the neighborhood of $20.00. Each buyer will receive a copy of the original Richmond Gear invoice as proof of Richmond's price. The gears will be available in 16-20 weeks after Richmond receives our money. Which means they will have to be paid for in advance. All racers who are still interested in the gears should send me an email - brunoland@aol.com We have to buy 50 sets to make the deal work. All monies will be returned in full if Richmond does not produce the gears.

Doug,
The order is going in tomorrow morning. I spent some time with the Richmond folks today to work out the last minute details. We decided to move up the ordering date because of racer interest in the gears. Not to mention the fact that all of us want them asap. Looks like Richmond will be shipping them around mid March.

We still have to sell a few sets. They will be sold in the order of who pays first.
