National Open held this weekend 40 cars , Larry Schmidt top Qualifer SS/PA 11.845 -1.425 under # 2 Carroll Warlimg SS/MA - 1.405 #3 Don OMalley SS/JA -1.397 #4 Dave Bogner SS/CS -1.396 #5 Steve Hagberg Top/ Stock -1.309 #6 Monty Jones G/SA -1.296 #7 Gene Bichlmeier GT/I -1.275 #8 Mike Jeffrey V/SA -1.253 #9Stuart Goertzen -1.252 #10 Ron Taylor SS/MA -1.233 If you want the rest I will try to scan it in later. 7 records set Larry Schmidt SS/PA 11.845 Don OMalley SS/JA 10.183 Dave Bogner SS/CS 9.524 Dave Cech J/S 11.755 Ron Parness SS/GA 9.92 Tom Meyer GT/KA 10.905 Wayne Denklau SS/K10.573. Corection factor is .9757 the same as vegas to get it to sea level 2100 feet. Combo winner on sat Don OMalley over a tire spinning Carroll Warling, Tom Meyer Tom Moock semi ,Sun race Ricky Hultorien in Tom Moocks wagon over Ray the farmer Kohout, Steve Hagberg semi. Air was about 3500 ft 20 mph tail.

Hi Tom,

I was just looking at the NHRA Altitude Correction Factors and I didn't see Kearney NE as an altitude track????

Is there a secret list of ALL altitude tracks??

It took a couple of years to get Pierre's altitude in too. But if you look for the airport elevation at Kearney, it'll show 2130'. The track is the old airport runway.

Do you know if NHRA has a complete list of all altitude-factored tracks and corrections and if so how can I retrieve this information?

No I don't know of any other listing other than what's on NHRA's website. I used to have a little fold out card that the people at Douglas put together that I thought showed more tracks, but that was back when they factored at 1300 feet. I do know that there used to be more tracks listed for Division 6 like Calgary, Eagle & Pocatello, but maybe they're no longer NHRA tracks. Or, maybe they just need to update their list.
