E-town points race joke!!
 

What a joke. It is so bull**** that we have to be a e town on Friday. I don't care what the reasons are!!! We can't even show up saturday and go to the bottom of the ladder (stk, ss and comp) the other classes can..
We have all supported NHRA and English town and now we get the double whammy up the ying yang!!!!!!

I am more outraged that the free passes that they are giving out at Strauss Auto aren't good until after 12 noon on Saturday and 11 am on Sunday, so the people that I thought I'd be getting in for free will either have to wait until after that particular time OR pay the full price for the daily admission.

well that kills it for me ! i cant go untill saturday,(kids work money etc.)someone needs to beat the stink out of the div. 1 decision makers!!!!!

SS & Stk Record Runs - First Two Sessions ONLY!

Comp Qualifying - 5 p.m.

Second annual GMC & PC Richard Racer Appreciation Barbeque -- 6 p.m.



Saturday, September 6, 2008



Gates Open - 8 a.m.

Tech Inspection -- 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Time Trials -- 10 a.m. (Run Order- SST, Stock, SC, SS, SG)

Eliminations begin after time trial session. 1 Round for all Categories.

Comp Qualifying - 12 p.m. & 2:30 p.m.

Comp Eliminations -- 6 p.m.

TAFC & TAD Qualifying - 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.

LOCAL ORDINANCE PROHIBITS ANY CARS FROM STARTING PRIOR TO 10 A.M. ANY DAY OF EVENT

I have a question of any Division one guys. How do you start competition at 10am and tech at 8am without starting your cars? Does everyone tow their cars around before 10am? As you can see by the schedule, tech on Saturday starts at 0830 and ENDS at 10am. How does this work? Is the local ordinance disregarded? Just wondering. Jim

Or even better is to get an ETI. Makes it extremely easy to tech in that way.
