IHRA race in Baton Rouge this weekend...
 

I assume that the race in Baton Rouge will go on as scheduled? If anyone living in that area will give us info on the amount of rain that you have received, it would be most appreciated. Is anyone from the Houston and San Antonio areas going...Thanks, Lee B.:)

Rain in New Orleans area most of sunday but today was isolated. The next few days will tell but I'm going to Indy where it shows Sunny all days but one.

I live six miles from the track. We had around 2.5 inches of rain Sunday. Today (Monday) we had a couple light morning showers, more like a heavy mist. That was all. Weather man said nice all week with the small occasional afternoon scattered shower. This without accounting for the tropical storm brewing up below Cuba. Other than that, looks to be a good weekend, but hot.

Boy! Are you guys lucky! We got 12.5 inches in ONE DAY here last week. Weather guys are saying a total of about 21 inches in four days.Are we flooded? Ah....yeah! Our rivers are starting to rise now.

I'm real happy to see the weather shouldn't have too much (if any) affect on this event. I'm looking forward to visiting Cajun Country again!

IF it does make it to south Louisiana, it's not predicted to hit until early Tuesday morning. It will not have an effect on the race.
