Hello to NHRA, reminder for ya on your own policy
The mid year change in qualifying might not have been flowed through this process from what I can tell. Anyone beg to differ?
If I could highlight the part about racer input and due diligence, that might help. I don't think this will affect me and I do think there is some up side. I just think however, that a better compromise would have been to say that a racer on a solo would not automatically be allowed into the eliminator. At least if you fought your way in for any reason,(even 2 cars in a class) it would be a prettty good argument that earned your way in, no matter what your e.t.. I don't get the feeling that the reps are getting their due here. It looks like they get the shizzle sandwich with little input. If I am wrong, let me know, but I doubt that reps will stay in the position too long without NHRA following their own process. Here is a reminder, but since Len bailed, I don't think anyone is monitoring the boards. I am an optimist so here it goes.... http://www.nhra.com/content/sportsma...9547&zoneid=85 |
