In the first round of Stok in the AllStars race it ha Tommy Mattingly as a loser. But they put his class index as his dial in??

Kenny is correct. He was not dialed the index, that was a typo.

It shows him DIALED at the P/SA Class Index at 13.75 !! He ran 13.022 !!!! That's MINUS .728 !!!
A 3/4 second BREAKOUT !!

I told you that the MOV was .0013
Bubba had an .082 package
DO THE MATH and you come up with Mattingly dialed 12.99....an .083 package.

Just where do you see the MOV of .0013 ??? It's not on DRC ! :-(
