I would like to pass along special thanks to Charlie Downing for putting together a Points Program for the 2017 GLSSA Series. Charlie has already secured some nice funding to make the points program a nice reward for the racers.

We are looking for any leads for sponsors to add some more funds to the points program.

I'll get the points program posted here in the next couple of days.

Pass along the word to your fellow racers - this is going to be a good year to be at the GLSSA races!

2017 Great lakes STK/SS points system
Points will be recorded from all four events
You receive 50 bonus points for attending all 4 GLSSA events in 2017
GLSSA 4 race points champion will receive a minimum of $800 cash
Custom GLSSA Trophy
Big check
full fender cover for your choice from derby city covers
$100 GC from Fastime in Taylor MI

GLSSA points runner up will receive a minimum of $400 cash
GLSSA 3rd place finisher will receive a $200 cash
