I was there racing in 1966....
Some of the cars in the video I have seen and remember....

The sound is dubbed. Most any films from back then had no sound and were made with 8mm video cameras.
A friend had some video footage of some races we went to from 1966 including Indy.
I have not seen him or the video in at least 40 years....

If you read credits at the end it was made by WCAU TV Phila Pa station

Small point but, if Garlits was in the "red car", it can only be 1966. That would also make it Frey's first year of announcing (shown) at Atco...ironically.

Newest car seems to be '66 ,plus a couple of racers I know, who ran Atco back then said '66 was the last year they had the 3 light 'tree'.
One racer on the vid was talking about his new fiberglass '66 Chevelle body.
Probably was one of those Sunday morning fillers for the tv station.
