Question about QA1 double adjustable settings

I just purchased new QA1 DA shocks for the rear of my coil over ladder bar car.
My old shocks were the older 12 click QA1 single adjustables.
I have been running those on 2 from full loose. So my question is what would be a good starting point for me for the rebound and the compression.

Might sound too simple, but I've always just started in the middle of the range of settings. If you've got 5 clicks, start on #3. See what the car does and move tighter or looser from there.

I happen to have the dyno sheets on the single and the double. The lower settings are the same on the graph between the two shocks. 2 is very soft but if the worked start there. c- 2 ans r-2. You must have a lower hp car.

I don't know the horsepower never been on a dyno. Its a bracket car not a class car.
3100lbs with driver 29x10 slick went a 6.40 the other week. Runs high 6.40's-low 6.50's in the middle summer.

Re: Question about QA1 double adjustable settings

You need to gradually increase compression till your 60 foot falls off. Then go back two clicks to find the optium setting

I'd say your right around 600 hp, probably a little more, depending how good the rest of your combo is. Good advice by nhrhmnl on starting in the middle of your click range. Rule of thumb is, the better the track, the stiffer the shock compression. Also I pay more attention to the fronts, JMO
