Re: Website Available
How do I get a balance sheet - receivables - customers - assets - licenses and a few other things to begin try to determine interest and set a net worth.
It is a whole lot more than a website - IMHO. Perfect investment for me - being a businessman and computer geek - oh and most of all a drag racer. Ron |

Re: Website Available
I thought Summit Racing owned and hosted it?

Re: Website Available
I went over there to look and clicked on the "Click to inquire" header like a dummy. Locked up my machine. Just sayin'.

Re: Website Available
Clicking the link does direct you to sending an email to Summit. With their decreased funding a few years ago, the loss of Larry Sullivan (RIP) along with all of the live video feeds it has undoubtedly put a dent in the visits to DRC. It is still the easiest way to look at round by round action and I’d really hate to see it’s coverage decrease even further. Live timing (when it’s even available) is cumbersome so I only look at it when I want to see incrementals. Still prefer DRC 90% of the time. Hope it keeps going!

Re: Website Available
If anyone is listening, I use it often and appreciate it being there. I would miss it.
Don't have the NHRA deal, and the time I have available to watch D1TV or DragRacerTV is limited. But I do like to know what is going on at the Divisional and National events. |

Good luck with that. Unless something has changed in the last few years, Summit is very secretive about that part of their website and does not release any information. Ed Dykes personally told me that he'd asked for the info, and from his standpoint he wanted it as a sort of report card - which parts of it were most interesting to people and which parts didn't seem to be worth the effort Fast News put into them. He was, and continued to be, turned down for any sort of look at the web stats. Maybe things have changed since the management changed due to the death of Ed, and later, Larry. But Rick Green has never even hinted to me that it has. I was shocked to see that banner. I'm hoping that it's simply Summit wanting to have people hitting their main page instead of bypassing it and going directly to the Fast News section. |
