Linkage Stop

Can I lower my dead stall to 3600-3700 and still have consistency? At 3800 I have almost 4 seconds in to run 9.90

Are you on the stop early (.01 or so) enough? Already in high gear?

Stop comes on at .200 and shifts the same

Way too late for the stop to come on, you're already gaining speed at that point. Stop on at .010, shift right after that - .015 to .020. Remember, you're trying to keep it from gaining too much speed initially, that will let you use less timer while keeping cruise RPM in a repeatable area.
Look at the SST help thread above.

Even in my dragster I struggled to cut a light with the stop coming on earlier than 0.100. I use a linkage stop with no flow controls going all the way to dead idle, so maybe that has a little something to do with it.

The inertia from the rotating mass should be enough to launch the car, unless it's at too low of an RPM or chipped too far from the converter stall point. But there's always variables.
