Updated 2023 MCR schedule

Here's the finalized schedule for the 2023 season.

We're happy to announce a second race at beautiful Rock Falls Raceway on July 8-9, the CTech Mfg. National Open. This gives racers another opportunity for not only two races in a single weekend, but a grade point as well.
