I have noticed that some classes now have more cars entered then the Quota, do they boot anyone?

Normally, if your a past world champ, jegs all stars or have a gold card you are allowed to enter when its past quota amount. Most racers who have this usually wait till the end of the cutoff to enter to allow people who don't have that choice to do so.
